In July 2017, FINCA Bank received the Client Protection Certificate of the Smart Campaign.

Smart Campaign is a global initiative promoting the implementation of high ethical standards of customer service in microfinancing industry.

Thus out bank has joined 26 the exclusive group of certified financial institutions all over the world.

Receiving the certificate signifies international recognition of the compliance of the systems of management, policies and processes of our bank with the Client Protection Principles, the management’s firm commitment to the capacity building in this direction.

This event became the result of the assessment made by the experts of the MICROFINANZA rating agency (Italy) who had studied the following:

– The match of products to the clients’ needs and capacities [appropriate product design and delivery];

– Prevention of over-indebtedness (overlending) of clients;

– Transparency;

– Responsible pricing;

– Fair and respectful treatment of clients;

– Privacy of client data;

– Mechanisms for complaint resolution.
