CJSC “Interbank Processing Center” is the hardware and software provider of ELCART, the national payment system of the Kyrgyz Republic. ELCART is used for processing transactions conducted using national banking payment cards “Elcart” valid within the country as a whole, as well as cards of other systems integrated with the system of the Unified Interbank Processing Center.

The main goal of the Unified Interbank Processing Center project was to create the national payments system using banking payment cards valid within the country.

The OJSC “Guarantiyniy Fond” [“The Guarantee Fund”] was set up by an Executive Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 23, 2016.
The Guarantee Fund provides assistance to businesses representing small- and medium-sized enterprises by means of providing additional collateral. The Fund increases the accessibility of loans by providing a guarantee in cases when the client lacks the means of providing collateral.

THE CREDIT INFORMATION USERS ASSOCIATION
FINCA Bank has been a partner of the Credit Information Users Association since its establishment in 2003. The Credit Information Users Association is the first credit information bureau in the CIS to publish credit reports. The mission of the Credit Information Users Association is to develop a reliable database of credit histories to enhance trust and improve conditions in the financial sector.

ASSOCIATION OF MICROFINANCE INSTITUTIONS
The Association of Microfinance Institutions was established in 2005 on FINCA’s initiative. The association unites efforts of microfinance institutions to increase the degree of accessibility of credit resources for the legal and physical persons of the Kyrgyz Republic, reduce credit risks and achieve realization of joint projects and protection of the interests of microfinance organizations.

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS COUNCIL
Since 2004, FINCA Bank has been a member of the International Business Council (IBC). The IBC is the biggest business association in Kyrgyzstan and was established in December 2000. The goal of the International Business Center is to promote economic development. The Association unites over 140 companies; it actively supports the process of economic reforms and supports favorable conditions for business.

UNION OF BANKS OF KYRGYZSTAN
The Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan is a voluntary association of the commercial banks and finance and credit institutions. The Union of Banks drafts, discusses and initiates regulatory-legal acts, makes proposals, provides expertise on draft laws, interacts with their authors and provides organizational, informational-analytical, methodological and legal support to the members of the Union of Banks.

In 2005, FINCA Bank became a member of AmCham (The American Chamber of Commerce), which provides information on prospective business projects to potential investors while supporting Kyrgyz product and service producers and distributors to find partners among successful companies and businesses from the USA and other foreign countries.

Since 2016, FINCA Bank has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic is a member of the International Council of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Economic Chambers of the CIS countries, Baltic States, Eastern and Central Europe, a member of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the ECO.
