FINCA Helped with Repair of the Hospital in Kuntuu District

There are about seven thousand people in the rural district Kuntuu (Sokuluk rayon), which is composed of three villages. The Sokuluk branch of the company FINCA helped with refurbishment of the hospital in this rural district (Sokuluk rayon) through allocation of 307 thousand soms for these purposes. The head of the ayil okmotu and the deputies of the local council requested the microfinancial company to provide financial assistance in repair of hospital roofing. Besides three villages, the local hospital serves additionally two villages. About 1700 patients get services of in-patient department of health facility annually. On the occasion of completion of repair works, the hospital administration organized small event with participation of the patients, health workers, local communities, representatives of the local authorities and the company FINCA.
