Public garden of Talas city was restored and it got a second life. By initiative of the company FINCA, benches were installed in this recreation area. Last time, the public garden was abandoned and it was like waste plot of land in center of the city. Few years ago, this garden decorated Talas city and it was favorite recreation place of the citizens.
“Our wish is to improve garden was dictated by fact that recreation area is located in downtown, and the parents with kids, youth and citizens of elder generation come here to walk, especially in summer. We installed eight benches with shed against sun that the citizens can seat down, talk and relax in shadow”, – the staff noticed in FINCA’s representation.
Initiative of the company to some extent served as impulse for the municipality of Talas city to improve conditions of the public garden. New recreation place with flagged paths, benches and green plantations is a result of joint actions. In its turn, FINCA was thanked by the municipal administration for contribution in socio-economic development and infrastructure of Talas city.
Official opening of the garden is planned in spring. By plans of the municipal administration, a monument of the most famous countryman – the writer Chingiz Aitmatov – will be installed in the public garden at that time.
By the way, in partnership with the local administration of Kerben, the company has installed refuse bins and benches in its central park, and in the park of Ala-Buka village. The local administration undertook obligation to maintain benches and refuse bins in good conditions.
Supporting such projects aimed at improvement of living standard of the ordinary citizens of the country, FINCA recommended itself as socially responsible company. They mentioned that cooperation of the business structures and local authorities could be quite effective in provision of social services to the population.
