Trainings on financial literacy for the school pupils and students are held today and tomorrow in Bishkek. This event is held within the project the Global Money Week. The microcrediting company FINCA and the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan are organizes of this event.
Global Money Week is annual international educational campaign initiated by the international network the Child and Youth Finance International (CYFI). Main goal of this project is in financial integration, financial literacy raising and entrepreneurship shills gained by the children and youth.
Today, 12th of March, trainings were held for the students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President; tomorrow – basic rules of financial literacy will be presented to the students of high grades of the secondary school №13.
During trainings, concepts of financial system are presented average citizen deals with in daily life. In particular, savings, their forms, options to deposit them and various forms of their generation are topics of presentations.
